QTCC drivers ready for another exciting season

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Tomorrow Thursday 30th November, the second season for Qatar Touring Car Championship organized by Lusail Circuit Sports Club and Qatar Motor Motorcycle Federation will kick off together with the WTCC Race of Qatar.The opening round is expected to witness a strong competition between all the participants. A part from the drivers that took part in the first season there are new drivers that will make the championship more challenging; Nasser Al Kuwari, Mohammed Al Buainan and Ibrahim Al Abdulghani.The defendant champion, Abdullah Al Khelaifi is ready for the season and to keep the title. ‘I am very happy to be back to the championship and hope to be stronger this season as the competition will be more challenging with the new drivers. The information I got during the official practice was very positive and I will try to make use of it as much as possible. For all of us, it is very motivating that the first round takes place during the WTCC Race of Qatar’In the new season, the Qatari driver Nasser Al Kuwari is very happy to take part in this championship ‘ I have been able to get experience in the rallies and I look forward to participate in this road racing championship.Although this will be my first time in this championship I hope to give my best and respect all the drivers. The competition will be very tough with strong contenders for the title. I want to thank my father for his great support to take part in this championship. The ambience this weekend will be very exciting as racing together with the FIA WTCC gives a great incentive to all of us.On Thursday 30th November, Free Practice is scheduled at 16:45 and Qualifying Practice from 19:45 to 20:45.On Friday the first race will be at 16:35 and the second race at 19:30.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
