CYCLE, RUN, OR WALK ON QATAR’S F1 TRACK.
Whether you're a runner, walker, or cyclist, the Mixed Training Day provides 3 hours of training under the iconic Lusail International Circuit – the same track that hosts Formula 1, MotoGP, and other international motorsport championships. With community engagement as a core pillar, the circuit is now open for public fitness activities, offering participants of all levels an opportunity to exercise in a unique venue.

- Track Distance: 5.380 km per lap – complete as many laps as you like!
Online Registration:
Pre-registration is required. No onsite registration available.

Track Rules, Conduct & Safety Guidelines
Runners & Walkers
- Keep to the left.
- Move anti-clockwise.
- Be alert and give space to faster participants.
- Last entry: 20:15
Cyclists
- Keep to the left, ALWAYS.
- Ride clockwise.
- Helmet, closed-toe shoes, and working lights required.
- Peloton riding limited to 10 cyclists.
- No racing or reckless behaviour.
- Last entry: 20:30
General Conduct
- Respect staff, fellow participants, and venue rules.
- Only pedal bikes allowed. No e-scooters or toys.
- No stopping on track unless instructed.
- Pedestrian access only via paddock to pit-lane.
- No littering.
Phone Usage
- No filming or photos on track.
- No mobile phone use while on track.
- No professional cameras unless authorized by Media Team.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need to register in advance? Yes. QR code is required. No on-site registration.
- Can I register more than one person? No. Each must register individually. Under 18 by parent/guardian.
- What ages are allowed? All ages welcome. Under 15 must be with adult.
- What should I bring? Qatar ID, sportswear, refillable water bottle. Cyclists: helmet, lights, closed shoes.
- Track rules? Runners/walkers: anti-clockwise. Cyclists: clockwise. Keep left. Follow staff instructions.
- Can I take photos or use phone? No. Stopping or using phones on track prohibited.
- Can I bring a pet or scooter? No. Only pedal bikes allowed.
- Dress code? Yes. Sportswear required. Cyclists: helmets, closed shoes, lights.
- What time should I arrive? Between 6:00–8:00 PM. No entry after 8:30 PM.
- Is parking available? Yes, but limited. Arrive early.
- Water/rest areas? Yes. With benches, bins, and shade.
- Cooling stations? No. Bring your own cooling items.
- If I get tired or injured? Golf buggies available for assistance.
- Toilets/dressing rooms? Yes. Clean and accessible.
- Showers? Yes. Bring your own towel and toiletries.
