CYCLE, RUN, OR WALK ON QATAR’S F1 TRACK.

Whether you're a runner, walker, or cyclist, the Mixed Training Day provides 3 hours of training under the iconic Lusail International Circuit – the same track that hosts Formula 1, MotoGP, and other international motorsport championships. With community engagement as a core pillar, the circuit is now open for public fitness activities, offering participants of all levels an opportunity to exercise in a unique venue.

18:00 – 21:00

Activities:
  • Cycling
  • Walk or run
  • Track Distance: 5.380 km per lap – complete as many laps as you like!
Online Registration:

Pre-registration is required. No onsite registration available.
Limited slots available – secure your place today!

Each participant must register individually. No entry sharing allowed.
Participants under 18 must register online through their parent/guardian.

Track Rules, Conduct & Safety Guidelines
Runners & Walkers
  • Keep to the left.
  • Move anti-clockwise.
  • Be alert and give space to faster participants.
  • Last entry: 20:15
Cyclists
  • Keep to the left, ALWAYS.
  • Ride clockwise.
  • Helmet, closed-toe shoes, and working lights required.
  • Peloton riding limited to 10 cyclists.
  • No racing or reckless behaviour.
  • Last entry: 20:30
General Conduct
  • Respect staff, fellow participants, and venue rules.
  • Only pedal bikes allowed. No e-scooters or toys.
  • No stopping on track unless instructed.
  • Pedestrian access only via paddock to pit-lane.
  • No littering.
Phone Usage
  • No filming or photos on track.
  • No mobile phone use while on track.
  • No professional cameras unless authorized by Media Team.

 

Frequently Asked Questions
  1. Do I need to register in advance? Yes. QR code is required. No on-site registration.
  2. Can I register more than one person? No. Each must register individually. Under 18 by parent/guardian.
  3. What ages are allowed? All ages welcome. Under 15 must be with adult.
  4. What should I bring? Qatar ID, sportswear, refillable water bottle. Cyclists: helmet, lights, closed shoes.
  5. Track rules? Runners/walkers: anti-clockwise. Cyclists: clockwise. Keep left. Follow staff instructions.
  6. Can I take photos or use phone? No. Stopping or using phones on track prohibited.
  7. Can I bring a pet or scooter? No. Only pedal bikes allowed.
  8. Dress code? Yes. Sportswear required. Cyclists: helmets, closed shoes, lights.
  9. What time should I arrive? Between 6:00–8:00 PM. No entry after 8:30 PM.
  10. Is parking available? Yes, but limited. Arrive early.
  11. Water/rest areas? Yes. With benches, bins, and shade.
  12. Cooling stations? No. Bring your own cooling items.
  13. If I get tired or injured? Golf buggies available for assistance.
  14. Toilets/dressing rooms? Yes. Clean and accessible.
  15. Showers? Yes. Bring your own towel and toiletries.
