RIDE, RUN, WALK: TRAIN ON QATAR'S F1 TRACK

Whether you're a runner, walker, or cyclist, the Mixed Training Day provides 3 hours of training under the iconic Lusail International Circuit - the same track that hosts Formula 1, MotoGP, and other international motorsport championships. With community engagement as a core pillar, the circuit is now open for public fitness activities, offering participants of all levels an opportunity to exercise in a unique venue.

Date: Monday, 05 MAY
Time: 17:00 – 20:00
Track Distance: 5.380 km per lap – complete as many laps as you like!

  • Cycling
  • Walk or run 

Online Registration:

Pre-registration is required. No onsite registration available.
Limited slots available – secure your place today!

Each participant must register individually. No entry sharing allowed.
Participants under 18 must register online through their parent/guardian.
 

Rules & Safety Guidelines:

For Cyclists:

  • Last Track Entry Time: 7:45 PM
  • Use the outer track, ride clockwise, and keep to the left.
  • Helmets and closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all ages.
  • Be mindful of children and runners on the track.
  • Safety Lights are mandatory.
    NOTE - No bicycles available on site for rent.

For Runners/Walkers:

  • Last Track Entry Time: 7:30 PM
  • Use the inner track, move anti-clockwise, and keep to the left.
  • Be aware that cyclists may be on the track.

General Rules:

  • Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No rollerblades, skateboards, or motorized scooters/vehicles.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Safety first — please follow all staff instructions.

1. Is parking available at the venue?

Yes, but parking can fill up quickly. We recommend arriving early. Overflow parking options will be provided if needed.

2. Will there be water stations or rest areas along the route?

Yes. There will be designated water and rest areas with benches, waste bins, and shade. Please stay hydrated, especially if you're not used to the heat and humidity.

3. Are there any cooling stations?

No, encouraged to bring personal cooling items like towels or hydration packs.

4. What if I get too tired or injured during the event?

Roving golf buggies will be available to assist participants who are exhausted or injured.

5. Are toilets and dressing rooms available at the venue?

Yes, clean and accessible toilets and dressing rooms are available for all participants. Please follow signage or ask staff for the nearest location.

6. Are there shower facilities on-site?

Yes, shower facilities are available for participants who wish to freshen up after the event. Bring your own towel and toiletries for convenience.
