CYCLE, RUN, OR WALK ON QATAR’S F1 TRACK.

Train where champions race 🏁 Whether you’re a cyclist, runner, or walker, Mixed Training Days offer three hours of open-track access at Lusail International Circuit — home to Formula 1, MotoGP, and world-class motorsport events.

Now open to the public as part of our community engagement initiative, this unique venue welcomes participants of all levels.

18:00 – 21:00

Last Track Entry:
  • Cyclists: 20:30
  • Runners/Walkers: 20:15

* Entry is not permitted before 18:00 or after the last entry times.

ACTIVITIES & TRACK INFORMATION:
  • Cycling: Please bring your own bicycle 🚴
  • Walking / Running 🏃
  • Track Distance: 5.380 km per lap – complete as many laps as you like!
REGISTRATION:
  • Advance online registration is mandatory
  • QR code required for entry (no on-site registration)
  • Each participant must register individually
  • Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian
  • Under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

WHAT TO BRING:
  • All participants: Qatar ID, registration QR code, refillable water bottle, and appropriate sportswear
  • Cyclists: Bicycle, helmet, closed shoes, working front and rear lights
TRACK RULES & SAFETY GUIDELINES:
RUNNERS & WALKERS
  • Keep to the left
  • Move in an anti-clockwise direction
  • Be aware of faster participants ⚠️
  • Last entry: 20:15
CYCLISTS
  • Keep to the left
  • Ride in a clockwise direction
  • Slow down when entering or moving through the pit lane ⚠️
  • Helmet, closed-toe shoes, and lights are mandatory
  • Max 10 cyclists per peloton ⚠️
  • No racing or reckless behavior
  • No cycling in the paddock ⚠️
  • Last entry: 20:30
GENERAL CONDUCT
  • Respect staff and fellow participants
  • No stopping on the track unless instructed
  • No track crossing allowed ⚠️
  • Only pedal bicycles allowed (no e-scooters, skateboards, or toys)
  • No littering
  • Maintain safety at all times — slow down when approaching others ⚠️
PHONE & CAMERA USE
  • No mobile phone use, filming, or photography allowed on the track
  • Professional photography is not permitted unless pre-approved by the LIC Media Team
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  1. Will bicycles be available for rent?
    No, bicycle rentals are not currently available. We are working to introduce this service in the future.
  2. Do I need to register in advance?
    Yes. Registration must be completed online. A valid QR code is required for entry. No on-site registration is available.
  3. Can I register more than one person?
    No. Each participant must register individually. For those under 18, registration must be done by a parent or guardian.
  4. What ages are allowed?
    All ages are welcome. Participants under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
  5. What should I bring?
    Qatar ID, registration QR code, sportswear, and a refillable water bottle. Cyclists must bring their own bicycle, helmet, lights, and wear closed shoes.
  6. Are there water or rest areas?
    Yes. We have a coffee shop for your convenience ☕ Inside the track, designated water stations are available for runners and cyclists. Water stations, benches, bins, will be available in our rest zones.
  7. Are cooling stations available?
    No. Please bring personal cooling items such as towels or sprays.
  8. What if I get tired or injured?
    Golf buggies will be on-site to assist anyone in need of support.
  9. Are toilets, showers, or dressing rooms available?
    Yes. Clean and accessible restrooms, changing rooms, and showers are available. Please bring your own towel and toiletries.
  10. Is there parking?
    Yes, limited parking is available. Arrive early to secure a space.
