Mixed Training Day FAQ
No, bicycles are not available for on-site rental. However, adult helmets are available for rent at QAR 20, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The track is open from 6:00 PM, and entry will close at 8:30 PM. We recommend arriving between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM to allow time for parking, check-in, and preparation.
Advance registration is mandatory. Prepare your QR Code to facilitate a smooth check-in process. On-site signups will delay your access to the track.
Each participant must register individually. Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian.
Participants of all ages are welcome.
However, participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. Those under 15 must be registered and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the Mixed Training Day experience.
Bring your valid Qatar ID, a valid registration QR code for the event day, appropriate sportswear, and a refillable water bottle.

Media, promotional, or published content must be approved in advance. Submit requests to media@lcsc.qa by 14:00 the day before. On-track filming is only permitted in designated areas aligned with the media team.
By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed by LCSC’s official media team. If you prefer not to be included, please opt out in advance by contacting us before the event.
Cyclists: Comfortable athletic wear, helmet, closed shoes, and lights are required
Runners/walkers: comfortable sportswear and proper footwear
Loose clothing (such as abayas or thobes), open shoes (sandals/slippers), or high heels are not permitted for Mixed Training Day.
No. Only pedal-powered bicycles are allowed. Scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, and pets are not permitted on site.
